Awaken Your Womb's Wisdom

Learn the Wisdom. Prepare the Heart.

Experience the Healing.

Throughout the year, a few days before the Full Moon, we gather online to explore traditional teachings, symbolism, women's practices, and the ways generations of women have understood the womb as a place of creation, connection, and transformation.

Together, we'll learn, reflect, ask questions, and create space to consider how these teachings may connect with our own lives and experiences.

Then, under the light of the Full Moon, those who feel called are invited to continue into an in-person sacred ceremony—where we move from learning about the traditions to experiencing ritual, reflection, connection, and community.

The workshop offers understanding.
The ceremony offers experience.
Together, they create a bridge between learning and embodied practice.

Who Is Womb Wisdom For?

Women of Different Ages, Stories, and Life Experiences Are Welcome

Womb Wisdom is created for women ages 13 and older who feel curious about womb-centered teachings, women's traditions, reflection, ritual, and connection.

You do not need to be menstruating.
You do not need to have children or want children.
You do not need previous experience with ceremony or spiritual practices.
You do not need to follow a particular spiritual or religious path.
And you do not need to already have a strong connection with your body or your womb.

There is no single way to be a woman, and there is no single experience of the womb.

This space welcomes women across different stages of life—from young women beginning to explore these teachings to women moving through motherhood, menopause, elderhood, or other transitions.

Women whose relationship with the womb has been complicated by life experience, medical procedures, infertility, loss, or simply feeling disconnected from this part of themselves are also welcome.

You do not need a particular experience of your body to belong in the conversation.

For Our Younger Participants

Women ages 13–17 are welcome. Additional participation and consent requirements may apply for younger participants.

The teachings will be offered in a respectful and age-conscious way, with an emphasis on education, reflection, body respect, personal choice, and connection.

No participant—of any age—is required to share personal experiences or participate in a practice that does not feel right for her.

You are always allowed to listen, observe, ask questions, and choose your level of participation.

Why I Created Womb Wisdom

For many women, the womb is something we learn about through biology.

Periods. Pregnancy. Reproduction. Menopause.

But for generations, women have also understood the womb through stories, symbolism, tradition, spirituality, intuition, creativity, and connection.

I became curious about what happens when we make space for those conversations again.

Not to tell women what they should believe about their bodies.

Not to romanticize traditions or pretend that every woman shares the same experience.

But to create a place where we can learn, ask questions, remember, and explore.

As I deepened my own relationship with traditional and spiritual practices, I came to understand something important:

Ritual carries more meaning when we understand what we are doing and why.

That became part of the reason I created Womb Wisdom.

I didn't want to simply invite women into a ceremony and ask them to follow practices they may not understand.

I wanted to create a doorway before the ceremony.

A place to learn about the teachings.
To understand the symbolism.
To ask questions.
To reflect on your own relationship with your body and your story.
And then to decide for yourself what holds meaning.

That is what the workshop offers.

And for those who feel called to continue, the Full Moon Ceremony offers an opportunity to step from learning into experience—to gather in circle, engage with ritual intentionally, and explore the teachings in a different way.

You do not have to believe what I believe.

My role is not to tell you what your experience should mean.

My role is to share what I have learned, honor the traditions and teachers that have shaped this work, create a respectful space for exploration, and invite you to listen for what holds meaning for you.

Because sometimes reconnecting with wisdom doesn't begin with having the answers.

Sometimes it begins with becoming curious enough to ask the questions.

FAQ

Questions You May Be Wondering About

Do I need to attend the Full Moon Ceremony if I attend the workshop?

Yes. The workshop is designed to prepare you for the Full Moon Ceremony by introducing the teachings, symbolism, and intention behind the practices we may experience together.

Rather than entering ceremony without context, you'll arrive with an understanding of what we're doing, why we're doing it, and space to decide what feels meaningful for you.

You are welcome to attend the workshop without continuing into the ceremony. However, women who wish to participate in the Full Moon Ceremony are asked to attend the workshop first.

Do I need previous experience with ceremony, women's circles, or spiritual practices?

Not at all. You can come completely new to this work. The workshop is designed to give you space to learn, ask questions, reflect, and decide what holds meaning for you.

Do I have to believe in the teachings or spiritual practices being discussed?

No. Womb Wisdom is an invitation to explore—not a requirement to adopt a particular belief system. You're encouraged to remain curious, ask questions, and make your own decisions about what resonates with you.

Is Womb Wisdom connected to a particular religion?

No. Womb Wisdom explores traditional, symbolic, and spiritual perspectives while respecting that women may come from many different faiths, beliefs, cultures, or no spiritual tradition at all. You are not expected to change or set aside your own beliefs to participate.

What if I don't menstruate, can't have children, have had a hysterectomy, or have a complicated relationship with my womb?

You are still welcome. Womb Wisdom does not define womanhood by menstruation, fertility, pregnancy, or reproductive organs. The experience invites women to explore these teachings from within their own bodies, histories, and life experiences

Will I have to share personal experiences with the group?

No. You choose what you share and how you participate. You are always welcome to listen, reflect privately, ask questions, or simply observe a practice rather than participate in it.

Can women under 18 participate?

The online workshop welcomes women ages 13 and older. Additional participation and consent requirements may apply for participants ages 13–17. Details will be provided during registration.

How much does Womb Wisdom cost?

Registration for the Womb Wisdom gathering is $44.

Your registration includes access to the prerecorded Womb Wisdom workshop, the live preparation & Q&A gathering, and the in-person Full Moon Ceremony.

The workshop is completed at your own pace before the ceremony, and gathering details will be provided to registered participants.
